01Acceptance and eligibility

By creating an account or using BAN Community, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you use the platform on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so. If you are under the age permitted to enter into a contract under applicable law, use of relevant features must be supported by a parent or guardian where required.

02What BAN Community provides

BAN Community is a digital basketball network and infrastructure layer. Depending on availability, it may provide profiles, verification, community discussions, groups, jobs, courses, certifications, Rising Stars, BAN TV, podcasts, media, events, commerce and related services. Features may be introduced, changed, suspended or retired as the platform develops.

03Accounts and accurate information

• Provide information that is accurate, current and not misleading, particularly where it is used for identity or professional verification.
• Keep your password and account access secure and do not knowingly allow another person to use your account.
• Do not create impersonation, duplicate, deceptive or fraudulent accounts.
• Tell BAN promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or used without permission.

04Verification and identity

Verification is a review process, not a guarantee of a person's performance, character, employment, selection, recruitment or future success. BAN may request supporting information, contact a voucher or organisation, reject an application, suspend verification or revoke a verification status when information is incomplete, misleading, disputed or no longer reliable.

05User content and conduct

• You retain rights you already hold in content you upload, but you grant BAN the permission reasonably necessary to host, reproduce, display, distribute and technically process that content to operate the feature for which you submitted it.
• Do not upload content that is unlawful, fraudulent, defamatory, threatening, hateful, sexually exploitative, abusive, invasive of privacy, infringing of intellectual property or otherwise unsafe.
• Do not harass, stalk, exploit, dox, impersonate, scam or discriminate against other members.
• Do not interfere with the platform, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, scrape protected data or bypass access controls.

06Media, podcasts and BAN TV

BAN TV and podcast features may contain live, recorded, educational or user-submitted material. Availability, broadcast schedules and playback may depend on third-party providers, rights, connectivity and event permissions. Do not upload or broadcast footage for which you do not have the necessary rights or permissions.

07Memberships, payments and purchases

Paid memberships and other purchases are subject to the product description shown at checkout. Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers. Prices, availability, renewal terms and refund rules will be shown with the relevant product where applicable. BAN may suspend access where a payment is reversed, fraudulent or disputed.

08Intellectual property

BAN branding, platform design, software, original editorial material and other protected content belong to BAN, All-In Sports & Entertainment Plc or the relevant rights holder unless stated otherwise. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute or commercially exploit protected material without permission.

09Moderation and enforcement

BAN may review reports and take proportionate action to protect the community. Actions may include removing content, limiting visibility, requesting clarification, suspending verification, restricting features or suspending or closing accounts. Serious safeguarding, fraud or security matters may be referred to appropriate authorities.

10Disclaimers and responsibility

BAN provides a community and information platform. Profiles, opinions, statistics, listings, media and user submissions may contain errors or reflect the views of their authors. Unless expressly stated, BAN does not guarantee selection, employment, recruitment, athletic performance, sponsorship, funding, tournament results or the accuracy of every user submission.

11Changes and contact
